The TL-A400/8 is a front-loading, lifter designed to lift a maximum weight of 400 kg (881.9 lb) to a maximum height of 8.2 m (26.9 ft).
Although perfectly able to lift both truss and lighting it is specifically designed with Line Array elevation in mind. Manufactured in Our factory, in Valencia (Spain) it is comprised of five premium grade 6082-T6 aluminium masts finished in black, epoxy, powder coated paint for greater resistance to the elements for both indoor and outdoor use. Operated by an AL-KO winch with automatic brake and guided through our custom-made bearing pullies via a galvanized steel cable. Our patented ALS (Auto Lock Security) system ensures maximum safety. The lift is automatically locked at intermittent heights via the ALS bolt so that the lifter does not have to rely on the cable for security making it impossible for the load to fall. It also comprises our SRS (Sequence Retainer System) retaining each section down, until the previous one is fully raised ensuring that each section rises one at a time as opposed to all together. A third safety feature is also included in this lift; The ILS (Inertia Lock System), a pendulum that acts much in the same way as a seatbelt and blocks the lift in case of a sudden fall.
Two special, telescopic, lateral braces are included which once fitted add exceptional stability and strength to the lifter. The opening of the front two outriggers is also slightly wider than a standard front loaf lifter which is perfect for situating sub-bass cabinets as close as possible to the lifter.
The lifter is both easy to transport and store due to its compact solid, steel base, with pockets for the outriggers, each with their own swivel leveller with non-slip rubber base. Four 360º first grade, durable castors are fitted easing the transport of the lifter. A spirit level is also located on the base for levelling orientation during set-up. Two 75cm, 180º rotatable steel loading arms are included to carry the load in two positions depending on the application and are attached to the reinforced steel lifting carriage. All clips and pins are now secured to the lift with a durable nylon covered, steel lanyard so the user does not have to worry about losing these parts.
